food on ABACHA

ABACHA 

To my own surprise,i saw a lady hawking this product.

 i got to see people stopping her to buy,but on me checking her  was this food that she was trying to mix together..then i try to asked her i wanna buy to taste it.

it was really cool when eating it.i got to asked her many questions about the food,she got to tell me every thing about the food.....

The ingredient used to prepare it are;                                                                                                    Abacha is processed by cassava tuber peeled,washed and cooked ,then shredded into tine thin slice,we used palm oil,potash,onions,nutmeg,crayfish,salt,pepper,magi,garden egg, and we use garden egg leafs or ugwu leafs also to make Abacha but mostly people call it Africa salad........you are free to comment and likes.
